SHIPPING

Most orders are made, packed, and processed from our studio in Anaheim within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Please allow for additional processing time during holidays or for larger orders.

You will receive tracking information when your order is processed.
Please allow 48 hours for your tracking to update.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our policy is simple: If you’re not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your candle, we want to hear from you and we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order to request a return or exchange at hello@addyourlightstudio.com
We will respond within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

                                

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We are not able to refund or exchange used candles, but we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. No need to return a damaged item. You may submit photographic evidence of damage to us within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@addyourlightstudio.com to start the refund/exchange process.

In the case of an incorrect item, please contact us right away at hello@addyourlightstudio.com so that we can get to work getting you the correct item. 

**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You may return your unused products, in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase, for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying return shipping charges.

Please contact us at hello@addyourlightstudio.com to request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return request.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
