Shipping Policy
Our processing times reflect that all of our candles are hand poured and packaged.
Most orders are made, packed, and processed from our studio in Southern California within 3 to 5 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive tracking information when your order is processed.
Check your order status by following the link in your order confirmation email.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
International packages ship via First Class International Mail, UPS and DHL, often, these methods do not include tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs.
Returns + Exchanges
Our policy is simple: If you’re not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your candle, we want to hear from you and we want to make it right.
Please inspect your delivery and email us within 7 days of delivery if your item(s) is damaged, defective, or incorrect: hello@addyourlightstudio.com
We will respond within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Damaged or Defective
We are not able to refund or exchange used candles, but we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. No need to return a damaged item.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the product(s), and a list of what needs to be replaced.

Error in Order
If we made a mistake and you received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please email us hello@addyourlightstudio. Include your order number and the item(s) you are missing and we will get it shipped out asap.
No need to send back anything that was shipped to you in error.
**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We hope you love your candle, but if you are not happy with your choice, you may return your unused products, in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase, for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
Please contact us at hello@addyourlightstudio.com to start the return or exchange process. Items will need to be shipped to our address in Anaheim, California and shipping charges will deducted from the refund for exchanges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We cannot refund for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed by carrier as delivered to the shipping address.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return request.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
